We are a manpower placement service provider specializing in supplying reliable and suitable workforce across various sectors. Please find below our registration charges, consultancy fees, and terms & conditions for your reference:
Registration Charges
1. ₹5,000 + GST – For hiring up to 10 employees in a year
2. ₹10,000 + GST – For hiring more than 10 employees in a year
Registration charges are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable.
Clients are required to fill the registration link and provide consent to the agreement between your organization and our company. The detailed terms and conditions are as follows:
Terms & Conditions
1. Consultancy Charges:
50% of one month’s salary will be charged as consultancy fees per selected candidate.
2. Replacement / Refund Policy:
If a candidate leaves or is found unsuitable within 2 months, we will provide one replacement within 3 months or offer a full refund for that particular candidate.
3. Job Requirement Details:
To ensure the best possible and suitable candidates, kindly share a brief job description, duty timings, and expected salary by replying to this email.
4. GST Billing:
For GST invoices, please share your GST certificate.
18% GST will be applicable on all bills.
5. Probation Clause:
No refund will be applicable after 3 months of probation.
6. Documentation & Verification:
We handle backend documentation, including employee document collection, verification, PVC (if required), and contractual formalities.
7. Employee Bond:
All placed employees are bound under a 1-year service agreement.
